Delete your SIYOU account
Enter the email address on your account and we will permanently delete the account and the personal data attached to it (name, email, phone, addresses, order history) within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Orders that are still being fulfilled or that we must keep for tax and accounting reasons are retained only as long as the law requires.

We acknowledge the request by email, may ask you to confirm the address so that no one can delete an account that is not theirs, and complete the deletion within 30 days. Order and transaction records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.
