Press-on nail products containing flammable materials are subject to special shipping requirements:

  • Ground Transportation Only: Products with flammable adhesives, nail glues, or polish removers must ship by ground
  • USPS Publication 52 Compliance: Proper hazmat packaging and "Surface Transportation Only" labeling as required
  • No Air Shipping: Products containing flammable solvents (including acetone, ethyl acetate, and toluene) are restricted from air transport
  • International Shipping: Not available due to hazmat classification restrictions

5. Shipping Delays and FTC Compliance

5.1 Delay Notification Process

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will:

8. Holiday and Special Event Shipping
