Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. High-volume periods, weather, address verification, and carrier disruptions may extend this timeframe. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you at the email address supplied with the order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum spend. Any additional shipping options, together with their charges and current delivery estimates, are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard orders generally ship by USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated transit time for standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days after the carrier accepts the package; some destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii, can take longer.

Most orders arrive 4 to 7 business days after they are placed — 1 to 2 business days of processing, as described under Order Processing above, plus 3 to 5 business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Products Containing Nail Glue or Other Restricted Materials

Most SIYOU Nails sets include nail glue. Orders containing nail glue or another carrier-restricted material ship only by an eligible ground service. Air, priority, or express service may be unavailable for those orders even when faster service is available for unrestricted accessories. The eligible services shown at checkout determine how the order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Tracking, Loss, and Damage

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address associated with the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an order arrives damaged or incomplete, email contact@siyounails.com with the order number and relevant photographs so we can investigate.
