SIYOU Nails operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). SIYOU Nails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SIYOU Nails offers handmade press-on gel nail sets, nail accessories, and related beauty products. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type and display settings.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are depicted in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products offered.

FDA and MoCRA 2022 Compliance

Our press-on gel nail products are classified as cosmetics under FDA regulations and are subject to the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) 2022. Our compliance includes:

  • FDA facility registration and product listing updates
  • Use of cosmetic-grade ingredients and FDA-approved colorants
  • Serious adverse event reporting within 15 business days as required
  • Safety substantiation documentation
  • Complete ingredient labeling using INCI names
  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SIYOU Nails reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until SIYOU Nails confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and all applicable taxes.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage: 3 to 5 business days; free on orders of $35 or more
  • Priority Shipping - USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days
  • Express Shipping - USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 to 2 business days

We ship from our fulfillment center located at 1572 Sussex Turnpike, Unit F, Randolph, NJ 07869.

FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Rule:

  • We have a reasonable basis for stating delivery timeframes based on USPS service standards
  • If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, you will be notified by email
  • You may consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund

Hazardous Materials Shipping

Press-on nail products containing flammable materials are subject to special shipping requirements. These products ship by ground transport only in compliance with USPS Publication 52 and applicable hazmat regulations. We currently ship within the United States only.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 - Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

  • 30-day return window from the delivery date
  • Products must be in original, unopened condition for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days after return receipt and inspection
  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
