Deleting your account. If you have a SIYOU Nails customer account, you can ask us to delete it and the personal information associated with it at any time, without contacting customer service first, by submitting the form at siyounails.com/pages/delete-account. You can reach that form from any browser, or from the SIYOU Nails iOS app under Account > Delete Account. We acknowledge each request by email, may ask you to confirm the email address on the account so that no one can delete an account that is not theirs, and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request. We will delete your account, your saved addresses and your marketing preferences. We keep the order and transaction records the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting purposes (see Section 6), and we keep a suppression record of your email address so that we continue to honor any marketing opt-out. Deleting your account does not cancel an order that has not yet shipped; contact us at contact@siyounails.com if you also want to cancel an order.

9.2 California Residents - CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

SIYOU Nails is based in the United States and our website is operated from the United States. We currently ship only within the United States.

12. The SIYOU Nails Mobile App

SIYOU Nails publishes a native app for iOS ("the app") that sells the same products as siyounails.com. This Privacy Policy applies to the app as well as to the website: the app collects the same categories of personal information described in Section 2, for the same purposes described in Section 3, and we share that information only as described in Section 4. This section explains what is specific to the app.

Using the app without an account. Browsing the catalog, searching, saving favorites, filling a shopping bag and checking out as a guest all work without an account and without asking you for personal information.

Signing in. If you choose to sign in, the app opens Shopify's hosted customer login in a secure system browser view. There is no password form inside the app and we never receive or store a password. Once you are signed in, the app shows the same customer record as the website: your name, email address, phone number, saved shipping and billing addresses, and your order history. Placing an order through the app creates the same order record as placing it on the website.

Payment. Checkout runs in Shopify's checkout sheet. Payment details are handled by Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or Shop Pay as described in Section 5.2. The app itself never receives or stores card numbers.

What the app does not do. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software. It does not collect a device advertising identifier, does not build an advertising profile, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts.

Information that stays on your device. Some information the app needs is stored only on your iPhone or iPad and is never sent to us: your sign-in token, the identifier of your current shopping bag, the products you have added to your favorites, any finger measurements you enter in the sizing tool, your recent searches, and whether you have already seen the app's introduction. Deleting the app removes all of it. Product images are cached on the device for speed and are not personal information.

Deleting your account from the app. Account > Delete Account signs you out and opens our account deletion form. See Section 9.1 for what deletion covers and how long it takes.

App Store privacy information. Apple requires us to summarize these practices on the app's App Store listing. Where that summary and this policy differ in detail, this policy is the fuller statement.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as a notification on our website or by email.
